The principle

CK-MB Rapid assay box (Whole blood/serum/plasma) is a membrane-based qualitative immunoassay used to detect CK-MB in whole blood, serum or plasma. Membrane During detection of l zone Pre-coated captured reagent During detection, whole blood, serum, or plasma specimens react with particles coated with anti-T MB antibodies. The mixture migrates upward through capillary action in the membrane chromatography and reacts with the trapping agent on the membrane to produce colored lines. The presence of this colored line in the test line area indicates a positive result, while the absence of this colored line indicates a negative result. As a program control, a colored line will always appear in the control line area, indicating that the appropriate volume of sample has been added and that core-suction has occurred.

preventive measure

1.For professional in vitro diagnosis only. Do not Use after expiration The test must be kept in a sealed bag before use.
2.Do not eat, drink or smoke in the area where the specimen or kit is being handled. Do not use the bag if it is damaged.
3.Treat all specimens as if they contained a source of infection. Follow established precautions against microbial hazards throughout the process and follow standard procedures for proper disposal of specimens
4.Wear protective clothing such as lab coats, disposable gloves and goggles when testing specimens.
5.Humidity and temperature can adversely affect results.
6.Used tests should be discarded in accordance with local regulations.
Storage and stability

CKMBRapid test kits (whole blood/serum/plasma) can be performed using whole blood (from venipunctur or fingerstick), serum or plasma.

ck mb blood test

Whole blood/serum/plasma)

Fingertip whole blood samples were collected
Wash the person’s hands with soap and warm water or clean them with an alcohol swab.
Pierce the skin with a sterile lancet. Wipe off the first blood stain.
Gently rub the hand from the wrist to the palm to the finger to position the patient’s finger by forming a circular blood drop at the puncture location so that the blood drop is just above the sample hole (S) of the test device.
Let 2 drops of fingertip blood drop into the specimen hole (S) of the test device. Avoid direct finger contact with the specimen hole i Separate serum or plasma from the blood as soon as possible to avoid hemolysis. Use only clear, non-hemolysis samples Samples should be tested immediately after collection. Do not leave the specimen at room temperature for a period of time. Serum and plasma specimens can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 3 days. For long-term storas
Specimens should be kept below -20°c. If the test is to be performed within 2 days of collection, whole blood collected by venipentesis should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze whole blood specimens. Whole blood collected from fingertips should be tested immediately.
Place the sample at room temperature before testing. Frozen specimens must be completely thawed and thoroughly mixed before they can be tested. Specimens should not be repeatedly frozen and thawed.
If specimens are to be transported, they should be packed in accordance with local regulations governing the transport of pathogens.
