A.SENSITIVITY

Using 3 transfer lots to test the standard solution with concentration : 0miu/ml, 10miu/ml, 25miu/ml, 50miu/ml, and 100miu/ml hLH solution and per concentration have tests 3 times. Within 5-10 minutes can read the results. According to the test results,the premom ovulation test made in our factory had shown the positive results at the concentration 25mIU/ml, so the sensitivity of the lh test is 25mIU/ml.

B.SPECIFICITY

Using 3transfer lots to detect different human hormone of women, to investigate that if those materials interference the hLH Test.
a. Negative solutions: 1) (200 mIU/ml FSH and 250µIU/ml TSH solutions without 25 mIU/ml hLH solution mixed);
b. Positive solutions: 2) (200 mIU/ml FSH and 250µIU/ml TSH solutions with 25 mIU/ml hLH solution mixed )
And each concentration does tests 3 times. Results will be readed within 5-10 minutes.
According to the test results, These lh strips had shown the negative results when tested the human hormone without 25 mIU/ml hLH solution mixing, and shown the positive results , so the one step ovulation test won’t appear cross reaction with human hormone (200 mIU/ml FSH and 250µIU/ml TSH).
