1.Raw Material
The raw material of the dotted condom produced by our condom maker is natural latex. We select the latest rubber tree species in the Malaysian rubber forest, tap the rubber, and then use the most advanced processing, screening and separation technology to refine the natural latex liquid.
After obtaining the natural latex, some additives will be added to the natural latex to further combine the raw materials. After the compounding is completed, the latex will enter the rubber pool.

3.Quality Control
Each ultra studded condoms produced by our personalised condoms manufacturer shall be subject to electronic test to check whether there are small holes on the condom.
Next, there are quality inspections such as water leakage test and air burst test. Water leakage inspection is to put water in and wait for a certain time to see if there is water leakage.
The international standard for air burst test is that it is qualified if it can contain 18 liters of air, but generally our high dotted condoms will explode when it reaches 30-40 liters.
Only dotted condoms that pass the inspection can be packed.
