The virus is widespread in tropical and subtropical Africa, the Americas, Southeast Asia and the Pacific in the world.Serologically, there are four serotypes(dengue virus 1, 2. 3 and 4).

3.Dengue igm test & dengue igg test (whole blood/serum/plasma) is an immunoassay based on qualitative membrane
detection of dengue antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma. The dengue rapid test consists of two parts, the IgM composition and IgG composition.If the specimen contains dengue IgM antibodies, a red colored line will appear in dengue rapid test line Region 1 (IgM).If the sample specimen contains dengue IgG antibodies, a red colored line will appear in test line Region 2 (IgG).When the specimen doesn’t contain Dengue antibodies,there will be no line.That means a negative result.As a program control, the colored lines in the control line area will always change from red to blue, indicating an appropriate volume of sample is added and membrane core aspiration occurs.
